Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

We only accept returns for products that are damaged or broken upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of damage (such as photos or videos). Kindly report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation After 24 Hours : If you cancel your order after 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs of restocking and managing inventory.
